Hey again folks...Here is the next chapter in my story..chapter 7.... I am also including what I have for chapter 8 also, though it is not finished yet...but I am working on it....
Chapter 7 Perspective (Dictating experience) So if experience dictates memories, what then would dictate experience? Well, you are in luck because I’m going to tell you. Perspective is what dictates experience. How we see the world as an individual, determines the type of experiences we have. Therefore, perspective dictates experience. This may be hard to comprehend at first, but I’ll do my best to elaborate and explain. You see, our experiences are in direct relation to our individual perspectives. In case I haven’t said it before, I believe that everything in life comes down to one thing, Perspective. That is to say that everything that happens in our lives is a direct result of how we see our lives and the world around us. Our perspective on the world is how we determine what our lives will be. Though most people don’t realize this and live their lives without the knowledge that how they see the world is what is determining the various experiences that they have throughout their entire lives. Perspective is how we determine what is and what is not. Therefore, perspective is what dictates experience. Remember that through our experiences we determine what is good and what is bad. When we change our perspective (or our thoughts in other words) we can therefore change our entire world. If we could get more people to understand this, we may be able to change the entire world, to help create a better balance between what is good and what is bad, what is right and what is wrong. Though I do not know offhand how to get people to understand this philosophy, it is my hope that someday people will be able to see that everything in life does indeed come down to one thing, perspective. Through this philosophy, I believe that we can bring a new kind of peace to the world. We must, however, remember that for there to be true balance in the world, there cannot be only peace. There must be some turmoil to help create the balance. It is how we control this turmoil that makes the difference between the world as we now know it, and the world as it could be. The turmoil I speak of will come about mostly through the people who are not willing to accept the 'perspective is the key to life' philosophy. A wise person once said, ”You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”
Chapter 8 Think about it… (the pondering) Another wise person was quoted saying…”Change your thoughts, and you change your world.” I firmly believe this. It goes back to what I was saying about how everything in life comes down to perspective. It is not just how we see the world, but also how we think about it. Just like when a person who has been able to see all their life, suddenly is blind. Their world changes. They now ‘see’ the world differently. Which in turn changes how they think about things. It is all interconnected. (to be continued......)
