Follow your mind and your heart and you will find your soul. Follow your soul and you will find your true self. When you find your true self you may not recognize that of what you are faced with. You might find that you are your worst enemy and biggest fear. We often are not what we think ourselves to be, but rather what we detest the most in people. No one ever sits back and looks at themselves in judgement as they do those around them. Therefore more often than not when we do finally truly look at our true self it is not what we expect. It may take a lot of courage, strength ad pride to face your true self and relize the truth of your soul. However you must be able to follow your mind and trust your heart before you can see in your soul to find your true self.
