POEM!

Why am I still searching

For something that is not there

I've looked so very hard

Can't find it anywhere

The thing i seek

Is complete happiness

Why should I settle

For anything less

I'm not a bad person

Or maybe I am

Maybe it's wrong to expect

I'll find it in a man

I have to accept

Sometime on my own

To experience life

And time alone

One day i'm sure

My happiness will come

And the hurt that I feel

Will not have won
